What tool was used to make the presentation?

The presentation was made using Impress which is part of OpenOffice.

Can I use your entire presentation or portions of your presentation for my personal use?

All of the material is copyrighted, but yes, you may use it personally. Proper attribution should be made with a link to http://patrickweb.com/ and please let me know if you plan to use any of my material publicly.

Is there a transcript available for every presentation?

No. I give my presentation based on my experience and knowledge; from heart and head. There is no script. During some events, there have been some transcripts and recordings made out of my presentation. I have provided links to these whenever possible.

How were the examples created?

Most of the examples are captured from real e-business sites and web applications. Some are based on prototype technology from IBM or Macromedia Flash. In some cases I have modified the structure and context in order to demonstrate it offline.
